ASG vs MWG (XGL CoD5 Tournament)

Just thought we'd get a date sorted for this match, I was thinking Sunday 5th July starting at 9:30pm?

Ok cheers mate, just realized it's to be played over two legs, rather odd if you ask me but oh well, we'll arrange the 2nd leg when we play the first game.

Yeah I don't mind WaW, prefer CoD4 though myself, even though I'm terrible at it.

I spoke to nutmeg and he said it was very close though a little serious, but I guess when you play in these cup games it can get like that.
Maybe once this knockout is over we can set up some big team battles on COD say 6-8v6-8. Or maybe Gears or Fifa if you have them...

Anyway give us a nod on leg 2 dates when ready...

We're just quite a serious bunch of guys TBF, we are a casual clan who play for a laugh outside of matches, but we're quite competative and we don't lose alot so it was a bit frustrating at times.

Was nice to play a decent bunch of guys for a change who weren't intent on finding any possible way to win and even better to play against a very evenly matched team.

Defo up for a casual game of Fifa, my co-leader is on holiday ATM though and he's the main Fifa guy, so I'll wait for him to get back.

Anyway good game guys and I'm having a word with XGL about the dodgy respawns on CTF

CTF can be issue.
I say take touch flag off and have 10 sec stay on then makes it fairer When you work hard to grab flag you can still make progress if flag carrier was killed.

Just my opinion...

yeah was a very close match right the way through,and them respawns was terrible i kept getting 20 secs on CTF,and they should do something about the decider rounds about how we get to pick what map.

Yeah I didn't like the map choice at all, not the map in general, just the idea of having to come to a mutual desision, I can see that causing a few problems for more competitive clans

SORRY but map decisions are on host so ASG should have had it. But we shall amicabally agree on map next leg.

Also as for spawns I think they should be 10 secs (MAX) with only 4 people its impossible to defend.

If you guys dont mind we will play to them rules.
I lvoe Capture the flag (my personnal fav) as its something different but without the right settings and amount of people it doesnt work. For me domination and capt the flag only work with 5-8 people a side.
