how have we not got a thread like this?!
Hitman 8/10
a lot better than i thought it was going to be in all honesty, great action sequences, but let down by a few niggles. How come he was sooooo much better than the other hitmen? and the girl annoyed me, he should have shot her

Re: Rate the last film you watched
I swear we did have this thread a while back!
I bought Requiem For A Dream the other day, absolutely excellent if not a bit disturbing... It's a film about how excessive drug use can destroy a person, and by the end it gets a bit graphic. But overall, excellent, with a great message.

Hancock
Quite enjoyed it but I thought by looking at trailers for it their would have been a lot more silliness involved 8 out of 10, found it quite amusing at the prison fight scene where shoves that blokes head up the arse of another inmate

Death Race - 8/10
Really enjoyed this. It's a no brainer type action movie with the usual over the top violence. Deffo worth a watch imo, just don't any deep plot or story line :)

Yeah I enjoyed this, just a lot of well-done action.
Last movie I watched was Karas, an anime production and it was excellent.
Before that, A Scanner Darkly which I'd give 9/10 as it's absolutely fantastic.

One of my all time b-movie style films.
Carradine as "Frankenstein" and Stallone as "Joe machine-gun Pturbo" or something like that.
I seem to remember as well that it had some totally gratuitous nudity which may be why I have such a fondness for it.
I put it up there with Damnation Alley, with a young Jan-Michael Vincent, as classic cr*p that still brings a tear to my eye....
