Hello Muppets. Ego here, my turn to do the newsletter, so bare with me while I meander through the latest bits n pieces to occure in muppetdom. I warn you in advance that I ignore spellchecker out of principle. Arrogant little contraption!
Anyway, here goes. We've been growing steadily so we'll start by giving a warm welcome to all our new members and a big thanks to all our regulars. Without the members this place would literally be, err,,, quieter, and easier to run! Seriously, this place is brilliant and its thanks to all of our members. So well done all in making this the best place to be!

For the new people heres a brief history of the clan.

The Muppets with Guns (MWG) were formed from the ashes of Ordinary Aged Gamers and Smokin Aces. They merged together and created this amazing clan.
The Clan formed with only 5 members but has gradually hunted down other Muppet Lovers and brought them back home.
The Muppets Clan is a fun clan that plays for the joy of playing together with other Muppets. We do play with the other alien clans and we do play some serious games and clan matches but mostly we like to play games with real Muppets.

The Muppet Council is TheMightyBoosh, Malfius, Dongziller, AlterEgofilter, Lemony Vodka and newly promoted Robafet!!!

Gratz to Rob,, well deserved. Mucho work, time and entertainment put in.

As the Clan Keeps growing we will be looking to promote 1-2 members to Senior Clan members in the near future, so keep your fur clean, we're watching you!

WINGMAN
The wingman league compition is entering its final week, with MikeF, Dong, Mackam and Ozzy leading the pack, Boosh still in with a big shout. Looks like being a tense and exciting finish with all still to play for. The pairings for the final round will be interesting. Apologies to Ozzy in advance on my part! Good luck to all involved.

Weve had two Royal Rumbles since the last newsletter. Massive lobbies, loads of muppets and bullets. Mucho Giggles.

BATTLE OF THE MUPPETS VII
''Attack of the Muppets'' was a very close fought battle despite the scoreline appearing otherwise. Nearly every round could have gone either way, the teams being much more balanced that in recent encounters. The Council parading their new lucky mascot in the shape of Robafet and reminding the Underlings that they still can play a bit with a 4-1 win! The only round the Council conceeded was when they lost Robafet to connection issues!

You may have noticed that the medal section has been expanded. Boosh has been feverishly working away to update these and has now included a 'style badge' have a look in the thread and pick the badge you feel most suits you, there are some crackers!
While on the subject of artwork, we are still looking for a MWG logo (insignia).. Ive done a very rough one but we are looking for as many as possible so we can choose the best one to represent us. This is open to all members so please visit the thread and have a go!

REGULAR GAMING NIGHTS
The Monday and Thursday gaming nights have changed slightly, Robafet now sets up Monday nights games via a poll and an iffy connection while Thursday nights have become Clan practice nights, we use these so the clan can work on strategies for upcoming matches and sharpen up a bit. Having said that there always seems to people on who are not involved in clan practice so informal knockabout lobbies do spring up so dont be shy to say hi! Also its not every week there is a match so Thursdays are still a good night to pop on live and get some games in.

We've had an affiliation with shopto for a while now. Its worth reminding all muppets what a good service these guys provide and that every purchase you make puts £1 in the MWG coffers. These funds are used for prizes in various comps. So please use it if you can. Visit the corresponding thread for instructions. If theres anything you want that is not on the list, please contact Dong and it can be arranged for you.

CLAN PROMOTION
Our Xbox promo thread could do with a bump from time to time, so swing by when you have a minute and add to the waffle,,, keeps us at the top of the pile when people are looking for clans to join.
