Ok fellow Muppets... we missed last few months issues so there's a fair bit to catch up on stats & info wise. I'll try and get everything but I apologise if I miss anything... there is a lot to get through and I'm bound to overlook something. Will try and make it mildly interesting but think its basically gonna read like a stats update, will try and keep each section short and sweet.... anyway, here we go

As usual its been a busy period at the Muppets, we've been growing steadily and we have now broken through the 300 members mark. The sheer volume of Muppets is making it hard to keep track of individuals, but its a nice problem to have and we're doing our best to stay on top of things. Please feel free to to contact any council or senior member if you feel we're missing something. All help appreciated. There has been a lot of good work by a lot of people and this place is still the best place to be and its down to all you furry little Muppets. So once again, many thanks to ALL our members for making this community what it is. Few quick notes that don't fit elsewhere... first off RED LOVE....lol,, we'd like to wish Russian Hare and Scarlett all the best on their adventure... biggest Muppety love story since Dongziller and Stu bumped uglies. All the best, with that... Muppet dating service to be launched soon. Also, Z0ol and his technical addition. Looking forward to zool being able to record some of our games and comps, could have a lot of fun with that, really looking forward to it. Cheers for all the effort mate. And finally a big congrats to Kermit for getting the first Spammer of the Month award for July... the spammiest of muppets. Well done

For the new people here's a brief history of the clan.
The Muppets with Guns (MWG) were formed from the ashes of Ordinary Aged Gamers and Smokin' Aces. They merged together and created this amazing clan. The Clan formed with only 5
members but has gradually hunted down other Muppet Lovers and brought them back home.
The Muppets Clan is a fun clan that plays for the joy of playing together with other Muppets. We do play with the other alien clans and we do play some serious games and clan matches but mostly we like to play games with real Muppets.

The Muppet Council is TheMightyBoosh, Eg0filter, Robafet Lemony Vodka, Lam, Mackam.and newly promoted Rossinio. Congratulations to Rossinio for his promotion and also Robafet who has now taken his rightful place in the Admin ranks... well done guys.

Winner MACKAM and crew.
Mackams locust team took on and defeated Ozzys CoG team 3-1. Quite a few new members took part in
this and seems to have been a good night.

A mix of Rocket races and griffballs Hosted, organised and won by Ross. Great night all round this one... very enjoyable as usual.

Muppet Texas Hold Em Tournament

Well our first poker tourney was won by Mackam. Was good to see a few Muppets that we don't normally see as much. Will definitely have to have another of these.

Another frantic stabby stabby night. 16 Muppets in the lobby, mostly free for alls but we included a couple of team games, some explovive rounds and some other variations to the knives only games.

Race to Muppet Mountain II (Left4Dead)
Winners The BoX team!
A team of 4 race to complete a story chapter... time penalties are added for deaths. We opened up this competition to the lads over at BoX. Three teams of Muppets against A stellar BoX team who romped home in what is quite simply an amazing time of 69 mins.

War of the Stooges. (COD WaW)
This is a new comp for newer members to the Clan. Gives a chance for less experienced players to shine through without the likes of Hodgy taking your head off at every opportunity. Will be more of these set up for sure.

Against All Odds. (COD WaW)

MUPPET OF THE MONTH – JULY – FRAG KEBAB

Previous Gamertags: none, tookme 40 mins to find a gamertag I liked that no one had already.Before joining MWG random Americans in COD4 lobbies kept asking if I was Turkish because of it, so I nearly changed it. Since joining MWG a few people have said they liked it so glad I kept it.
Consoles owned: NES, Master System II, PS1, Dreamcast, PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, also have a game gear which is big enough to count as ac onsole and uses so much power that the lights dim when I plug it in. Oh, and my Amiga is taking up space in the cupboard too.
Favourite Game: For multiplayer I like CoDs and GoW2 but its well known that I'm the slutty kind of Muppet that'll play anything. Single player games for 360 would be Mass Effect and Fallout 3 which is very moreish ( like heroin)
Kind of Gamer: Apart from slutty? Sneaky, sniping, UAV jamming, silenced weapon, hiding in corners type. My best chance of killing anyone is shooting them when they're not looking. My general attitude is fairly relaxed and laid back, I hope. Although Gears makes me say swear words.
Favourite Muppet? Used to love Fozzie when I was younger, then the heclers (Statler and Waldorf). Nowadays I like the Swedish Chef and Capt Link Hogthrob
Anything else you feel you want to share? Its cheesy but a big thanks to everyone on here for making me believe there are some people on Live who actually do play for fun. I was nervous about joining but have felt nothing but old men since joining (???? LOL – I just copy / pasted what he wrote, honest – ED) and
have got so much fun out of my 360 since MWG became part of my gaming.

Favourite Muppet? Too many Muppets to choose from as you're all fun and crazy in your own ways, but must say my favorie Muppet this month is Lemony. Especially when he's had a few beers and some random 12 year old joins our lobby. Need I say more?
Anything else you feel you want to share? Just wanna say a big thanks to all the Muppets for making this a great and fun place to be. This is my 1^st clan which I found because of Ego posting on an Xbox Forum on

Ok well that's about it,,, thanks for wading through it. I'll try and get the Newsletter out on the
